Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange-listed Investcorp Capital has invested $600 million in US real estate assets over the past six months. Its most recent $200 million investment includes senior and residential properties in California, New Jersey and New York, building on the firm's $400 million US industrial real estate acquisition in December 2025. The Mubadala-backed company ranks among the top five largest cross-border buyers of US real estate over the past five years.
Why This Matters
With plans to channel at least $6 billion in total investment during its current fiscal year, Investcorp Capital is targeting high-growth areas like residential and senior housing—sectors poised to surge as America's population ages. The firm plans to invest over $1 billion in senior housing over the next three years, positioning the UAE-backed firm as a long-term partner in building infrastructure that serves American communities.
