As a signatory of the Artemis Accords, the UAE is at the forefront of the new space economy, collaborating with the US to enhance global connectivity and drive the next era of lunar and deep-space discovery.


Space42 is the UAE’s leading AI-powered SpaceTech company, pioneering advanced satellite systems and next-generation space solutions. Based in Abu Dhabi, its satellite network spans over 150 countries and reaches more than 80% of the world’s population. Through partnerships with US firms such as Viasat, Microsoft and Esri, Space42 develops AI-enhanced technologies for Earth observation, precision mapping and environmental monitoring, further advancing the UAE’s leadership in the space sector.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) is the UAE’s leading hub for space science and technology, serving as the incubator for the UAE National Space Program. MBRSC manages major initiatives including the Emirates Mars Mission, UAE Astronaut Program, Emirates Lunar Mission and Rashid Moon rovers. In partnership with San Francisco-based Loft Orbital, it launched Orbitworks, the Middle East’s first commercial satellite manufacturer. Marlan Space is also working with Loft Orbital to build a UAE-based network of AI-powered satellites for real-time Earth observation.
