Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is the world’s leading premium aluminum producer and the champion of the UAE’s industrial sector. Accounting for 4% of total global aluminum production, EGA supplies aluminum to more than 50 countries and is actively expanding its production capacity in the US. This includes an 80% stake in Minnesota recycled aluminum producer Spectro Alloys and a $4 billion investment with US-based Century Aluminum Company to build the first new aluminum smelter in the US in nearly 50 years in Oklahoma.

Mubadala-backed GlobalFoundries is a leading US-based semiconductor manufacturer and the third-largest chipmaker globally. The company operates advanced manufacturing facilities in New York and Vermont and partners with American industry leaders such as Apple, SpaceX and General Motors to produce chips for the tech, automotive and aerospace sectors. GlobalFoundries is Mubadala’s largest investment and marks the biggest private investment in New York State history, supporting US technology supply chains and reshoring advanced manufacturing jobs.

Strata is an advanced manufacturing company specializing in composite aerostructures and advanced materials for the global aerospace industry. Based in Al Ain, Strata supplies core aircraft parts such as wing and tail components to major manufacturers including Boeing. The company is owned by Mubadala Investment Company.
